SIO Ventures: The Private Impact Investors Club

Currated Deals. Shared Values. Real Returns

SIO Ventures is our invitation-only investor club and co-investment platform, designed for fellow private investors, families, and nextgens who want access to institutional-quality opportunities usually not visible or accessible and reserved for larger players and funds. Through our curated pipeline, members can co-invest in high-growth innovation and tech-driven companies combining strong return potential with measurable impact.

What makes SIO Ventures unique is the blend of innovation, exclusivity, and trust. Investments are structured under secure Swiss vehicles, ensuring transparency, governance, and flexibility, while offering access to opportunities that stand out for their quality, resilience, and potential to scale. Members can select the deals that match their strategy and values, always supported by rigorous due diligence provided by the SIO team. Members benefit from rigorous due diligence, and opportunities to combine financial performance with meaningful societal and environmental outcomes, as well as Golden Visa options through innovative investments for non-EU citizens.

Through SIO Ventures, investors are represented by the Swiss Impact Office in each transaction and benefit from our experience, networks, and active involvement. We curate opportunities by analysing value chains before committing capital, optimising investment and business readiness, and structuring deals for long-term resilience. Post-investment, we provide strategic guidance, coaching, and support to portfolio companies, while bringing in strategic co-investors (from specialized funds to corporates), that add value alongside our capital. On the exit side, we work to optimise outcomes, ensuring that both SIO and our fellow investors achieve strong financial performance together.

SIO Ventures is also a community of peers and families, united by a shared vision of mobilising capital for both performance and positive outcomes. Members take part in private gatherings, educational programmes, and exclusive retreats. These encounters strengthen networks, deepen expertise, and create long-term partnerships.
